As an owner with Kingfisher Caravan Park, you have complete freedom to use your holiday home as you choose. While many people keep it solely for their own use, for others they would welcome the opportunity to gain an extra income.

We have created 'Our Letting Service' to help our owners reduce the running costs of their holiday home. In recent years there has been a huge increase in demand for holidays in our area, and as a holiday caravan owner you can benefit.

Signing up to 'Our Letting Service' can generate additional income towards your ongoing running costs. Our sublet service allows us to tell you in advance approximately how much you will receive each time your holiday home is let, so there is no need to worry about the level of your income.

At Kingfisher Caravan Park we also understand that you and your family may want to enjoy your holiday home at certain times - and we don't want to restrict you. With this in mind we run an amazingly flexible service; If your holiday home is still available, we can remove your letting availability on the day of your request. You can also use this service for just a few weeks or for the whole season, it is very much up to you.

Linen service We manage a comprehensive linen service including delivery and pick up laundry for all lets.

Key Handling We run a complete key handling service to ensure we know who is in your holiday caravan through the duration of your letting period.

Maintenance

We maintain the caravan and all minor repairs and replacements under £30.00 are completed free of charge.

We also arrange annual testing to ensure compliance with the Health and safety regulations
